Symptoms

When selecting the Helps and opening the help menu integration with UPK, the E1 product search is not working. When setup within E1, it works correctly, but from the UPK tab, user is getting an error message:


Steps to duplicate:

  1. Have to already have configured UPK help menu integration with E1
  2. Open an application such as Address Book P01012
  3. Click on the Helps
  4. UPK Player package opens
  5. Click on the tab for the E1 product documentation
