Save Button Does Not Work In French

Symptoms
When using French, when pressing the Save button after creating an object like order release, air schedule etc, nothing happens.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Planification operationnelle, Gestion des programmes, Aerien and press Nouveau
2. Input an required fields and press Nouveau vol intermédiaire
3. Input an required fileds and then press Enregistrer.
Nothing happens.
