Symptoms



When the Main Appraiser press the button ‘Give Final Ratings’, an error message occurred and saying that the participant must answer all mandatory questions in the questionnaire. However, the participant in the error message had never been requested by the main appraiser for participant feedback.

Appraisal participant X must answer all mandatory questions in the questionnaire. Ensure that all mandatory questions are answered.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Employee Self Service >>Appraisal >> Update Appraisal >>Add 2 Participants >> Share Appraisal with Manager
2) Login as Manager>> Manager Self Service >> Update Appraisal
3) Manager requests feedback from 1 participant only.
4) Login as Participant >> Click on notification>> Update Appraisal >> Complete Appraisal
5) Login as Manager>> Manager Self Service >> Update Appraisal>>Completing appraisal >> Error received that the mandatory question has not been filled by other participant.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Manager Self-Service > Performance Management > Go to Task (Complete Appraisal) > select Appraisee > Appraise >
2. In the Manage Participants section – Select a participant > click Prevent Feedback
3. Receive a confirmation message that selected participants have been prevented from providing further feedback
4. Click the Give Final Ratings button
