Pick Confirm Ends With Error: Auto Allocate Of Serial Number Is Not Allowed In Organization (Doc ID 1966046.1)

Symptoms

When running custom Ship Confirm/Pick Confirm the following error occurs.

STEPS

1) Create sales order for serial controlled item                    
2) In Organization parameter form set Auto Allocate Serial to No.    
3) Pick release with Auto Allocate=Yes and Auto Pick Confirm=No.
4) Now go to Transact move order form and allocate the serial.        
5) Call the Pick confirm API.
6) Error occurs.
