Treasury Account Symbol (TAS) and Business Event Types Code (BETC) attributes are currently captured on Standard Purchase Order. When  purchasing transactions are created as  Blanket Releases the same edits requiring the capture of these data elements are invoked by the form however these fields (global attributes) are not available to the end-user to populate.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Public Sector Purchasing Super User > Purchase Orders > Purchase Order Summary > (Find a BPA) > Press on New Release
2. Once Shipments is recorded select the Distributions option within the form to define delivery and accounting data
3. The Global Flexfield doesn’t appear within the canvas like it does within Standard Purchase Order Distributions
4. When attempting to save the record user encounters the FV GTAS Utility error prompt. Won’t allow user to save the record.
