End Dated Receipt Method on Customer Record Still Allows a New Credit Card to be Added in iReceivables (Doc ID 1966122.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 16, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle iReceivables - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When you end date a Receipt Method on a customer record, the New Credit Card option remains in iReceivables Advanced Payments screen thus allowing a customer to add a new Credit Card even when the Receipt Method is end dated. The expectation is that end dating a Receipt Method on a customer record remove the New Credit Card option from the iReceivables Advanced Payments page because the customer should not be able to make a payment with no Receipt Method.
