Login Assistance Is Directing Multi-tenant Environment Users To The Wrong Enterprise

On Oracle Applications 12.1.3 using User Interface (UI):
When employees try using the login assistance on the login page, the employee is directed to a page that is showing another company's Logo (which is misleading).
The login Assistance should not show any Instance specific information on the Homepage.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on Login Assistance.
2. Enter User Name and click forgot password.
3. The system message is generated, click OK.
4. The system routes one to the login page.
5. Click on Login Assistance again.
The issue has the following business impact:
This is critical as it's routing employees from different enterprises in a Multi-Tenant iRecruitment login assistance. Thed customer cannot allow employees from one enterprise to be routed to a page for another enterprise.
