Change Person Numbering to Automatic (PERSNUMA)
Symptoms
When attempting to create a new employee after running Change Person Numbering to Automatic (PERSNUMA), the following occurs.
Next new Employee number created was 10301 instead of the expected 9894
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect next number to be 9894 as the last number manually created was 9893
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using US HRMS Manager responsibility
2. Navigate to People>Enter and Maintain
3. Create new Employee
4. Save
5. Employee number created is not what is expected
