Symptoms
When trying to reprint a document to another printer the reprint window comes up as a Java form and not an HTML window like it should. When trying to find a printer the error listed in the subject comes up. I found Oracle Support doc id 734626.1 and had the Unix script run. After logging out and back in and clearing cache I get the same issue. I have attached pertinent screen shots.
