R12.2 EXP Transmission Unit Approval Workflow Notification Disappears After Select New Authorizer Using "Chosen User" Button (Doc ID 1967000.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Exchange Protocol

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After creating a transaction in AR, put it in a Dialog Unit (DU) and then in a Transmission Unit (TU), the Transmission Unit requires a new authorizer.
In workflow select a new authorizer and click on the button "Chosen User". The workflow notification disappears.
When log on as the new authorizer, there is no notification.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected the workflow notification is transferred to the new approver

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an AR invoice
2. Create Dialog Unit
3. Add invoice to DU
4. Create TU
5. Add DU to TU
6. Submit TU for approval
7. Log into workflow
8. Check the workflow - see notification "EXP Transmission unit 'XXXX-2015' requires a new authorizer
9. Select a new authorizer from the LOV and then click on Chosen User button
10 When click on Chosen User button the notification disappears
11. Log on as new authorizer and there is no approval notification.
