ATT ATR Calculation Not Correct For Replenishment Tasks

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The ATT (Available to Transact) / ATR (Available to Reserve) calculation is not correct when there are more than 3 lot numbers and TASK assignment is dropped.
The ATT / ATR calculation should be correct regardless of the number of lot numbers.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the sales order for the item quantity. Book.
2. Execute the REPLENISHMENT PROCESS to reserve the material to this SO
3. Repeat step 1,2 above to additional sales orders.
4. View the onhand Material Workbench, see the ATT / ATR calculations are not correct.
