Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Quality Management Specifications Validity Rules

Define a specification for an item with an item code longer than 40 characters.

Try to create a validity rule but the following error occurs.


APP-FND-01388: Can not read value for profile option FND_DEVELOPER_MODE in routine &ROUTINE

Error detail:
APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option FND_DEVELOPER_MODE in routine &ROUTINE.
