Sales Emails Outlook synchronization fails with email address unrecognized:

Steps to Reproduce
---------------------------------------------------
1) Provide the details, including the navigation path, on how to consistently reproduce the issue.
- Download Microsoft Outlook Add-in from Oracle Sales (Windows 7)
- Close Microsoft Outlook on PC and install Outlook Add-in
- Setup Categories on Outlook to match Oracle Tasks, Appointments, Contact
- Login to Oracle Sales and navigate to Preferences page. Here setup one or more customer contacts for the purposes of synchronization with Outlook
- On Microsoft Outlook perform Oracle Sales Synchronization so that this contact is now available in Outlook
- Send an email to the contact in Outlook. After the email has been sent go to the sent folder and flag the email for interaction
- When the response to the email is received from the Contact flag that for interaction
- Perform Oracle Sales Synchronization in Microsoft Outlook
- This should synchronize this email in Oracle Sales for the Contact and the Customer that this Contact is associated with
- Instead of successful outcome I am encountering the error that the my email address us neither the sender or the recipient of the emails, which is completely incorrect
