MFS: Attachments Not Showing Up On Service Request

On : 12.1.3 version, General / Laptop

This issue is happening on MFS laptop for some Service Requests.
When user tried attaching the .pdf file from MFS Laptop client it was not showing up on SR attachment section of the MFS Laptop.
However, on syncing, this file was uploaded to the EBS and the corresponding SR attachment was visible.
For some strange reason , this issue occured on random Service Requests.

Expect that the Attachment added to the SR attachment section of the MFS laptop is visible for all SR.

1. Log into the MFs Laptop application.
2. Select the SR that is having the issue.
3. Attach the .pdf file in the SR Attachment section and click 'Apply' button.
4. Find that the .pdf file is not listed in the list of attachments.
