Manage User Access Has User ID, Level and User Role ID as Required Fields (Doc ID 1967408.1)

Symptoms

When using Manage User Access, when selecting Screen Set as User Access Type and User ID and pressing Edit User Access, the Level and the User Role ID are requested to be filled in.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Configuration and Administration, User Configuration, Manage User Access
2. Select the User Access Type: Screen Set and the User ID: ADMIN
3. Press Edit User Access

The following message appears:

Level is required
User Role ID is required
