Symptoms


Cannot change Offer status from COMPLETED to ACTIVE.

The Release 11.5.10 Oracle Channel Revenue Management User Guide (OZF115UG.PDF), under chapter Trade Planning and Offers states the following for an offer in Completed status:

The offer status appears as Complete after the offer reaches the end date, and all associated activities are complete.
From Complete, the offer status may change to either Active, On Hold, or Closed

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Responsibility: Oracle Trade Management
  2. Navigation: Offers
  3. Create an offer and make it Active
  4. Offer reaches the Completed status
  5. Cannot change the offer back to Active
