Cannot change Offer status from COMPLETED to ACTIVE.
The Release 11.5.10 Oracle Channel Revenue Management User Guide (OZF115UG.PDF), under chapter Trade Planning and Offers states the following for an offer in Completed status:
From Complete, the offer status may change to either Active, On Hold, or Closed
Steps to Reproduce
- Responsibility: Oracle Trade Management
- Navigation: Offers
- Create an offer and make it Active
- Offer reaches the Completed status
- Cannot change the offer back to Active
