Symptoms
When attempting to submit the Pick Release - SRS program, the following error occurs:

INV_TRX_MGR: ErrorMsg:|Error: The material pick release and pick confirm process completed with errors.|
The delivery line for the move order with line identifier XXXXXX is currently locked and being updated by another user.
This move order line cannot be pick confirmed at this time.
Please wait several minutes then attempt to transact this move order line again.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Responsibillity
2. Navigate to Shipping->Release Sales Orders->Release Sales Orders SRS
3. Enter the Release Rule
4. Submit the program
