Getting An Error Page In Change Management When Attempting To Review 'Standard New Item Request Type' Change Order Type (Doc ID 1967928.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to review the seeded change order type 'Standard New Item Request Type' in Oracle Product Hub (OPH or PIM) Change Management, an Error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select your Product Hub responsibility (e.g. Development Manager)
2. Go to Setup > Setup Workbench > Change Management
3. Select New Item Request
4. At the bottom, click on the link for below change order type: Standard New Item Request Type
5. See an Error Page shows up
