Information in this document applies to any platform.
If the ADDINITIALUSER stored procedure fails during a Knowledge Center installation, the initial administrative user will not be created. The following steps will show how to manually add the initial user.


To add the initial administrative user in Knowledge Center when the ADDINITIALUSER stored procedure has failed during installation of Knowledge Center.
