Cannot Find IOT Inter Org Shipment to Receive FRM-40212: Invalid Value For Field SHIPMENT_NUM RCVRCERC (Doc ID 1968821.1)

Symptoms

Inter Organization Intransit IOT shipment 'DM0123' has 2 shipment lines. One has been received. But when attempting to receive the other, the following error is raised:


Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Nav. Receiving > Receipt RCVRCERC
2. Find Expected Receipts form
3. Enter shipment 'DM0123'
4. At this moment the above mentioned error is raised.

It has been checked that scripts ident_corrupted_rsh_id.sql from Note 1198144.1 and missing_intransit_shipment_data_R12.sql
from Note 555870.1 - Intransit Shipments Are Not Available To Be Received do NOT return the shipment.
