ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When submitting the New Aging - 7 Buckets Report (with the parameters of Customer, Invoice Summary, and Detailed) sometimes the primary contact phone number appears, but sometimes a non-primary contact phone number appears.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Aging 7 Buckets Report should always show the Primary contact phone number.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Aging 7 Buckets Report.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot make collection calls to the proper person.
