Getting ORA-06564 With AD_ZD_TABLE.UPGRADE On External Table (Doc ID 1969020.1)

Getting error ORA-06564 when running ad_zd_table.upgrade on EXTERNAL TABLE to register the table during an upgrade.

This can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Attempt to register the custom table:

exec ad_zd_table.upgrade('<USER>', 'XYZ_USER_SERVICE')

2. The following error occurs:

ORA-06564: object XYZ_USER_SERVICE does not exist
ORA-06512: at "APPS.AD_ZD_TABLE", line 1100
ORA-06512: at "APPS.AD_ZD_TABLE", line 1213
ORA-06512: at line 1
  00000 - "object %s does not exist"
*Cause: The named object could not be found. Either it does not exist
  or you do not have permission to access it.
*Action: Create the object or get permission to access it.
