Symptoms

Found that for a a Contract Purchase Agreement (CPA), the released amount is greater than the agreed amount.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Responsibility: Purchasing Super User.
2. Navigate to Buyer Work Center > Agreement.
3. Review a CPA and it shows the released amount is greater than the agreed amount.
