Not Able To Link Custom ADR (Account Derivation Rule) WIP_ABSORPTION to Custom JLD (Journal Line Definition) (Doc ID 1969350.1)

Goal

 ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Not able to select custom ADR on the custom JLD
Created custom JLD from seeded one, created custom ADR. Trying to attach custom ADR to custom JLD but it does not show up.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to select custom ADR on the custom JLD

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Cost management-SLA
2. Navigation: SLA,
3. Created custom JLD from seeded one, created custom ADR. Trying to attach custom ADR to custom JLD
4.  Copied JLD WIP Absorption from standard
   JLD= AAM_WIP_ABSORPTION
   JLT= Estimated Scrap Absorption
   ADR= AAM Product Group
   
5. Created a new ADR to derive product group from product line accounting
   ADR Code= AAM_WIP_ABSORPTION
   ADR name= AAM Account for WIP
   Chart of Accounts Accounting= AAM_ACCOUNTING_FLEXFIELD
   Value Type= Source
   Value= Product Line Accounting Category
   
6. Trying to attach the ADR created above to the Custom JLD defined in 1st step,
   but does not show the AAM Account for WIP ADR created above
   JLD Name= AAM WIP ABSORPTION
   JLT= Estimated Scrap Absorption
   ADR Segment= AAM Product Group
      Rule Name= LOV , but AAM_WIP_ABSORPTION is not listed
                       AAM_WIP_RESOURCE IS LISTED
