Unable To Select Operating Unit to Query in the Bank Return Form (JLBRREMR) (Doc ID 1969380.1)

Symptoms

You are not able to select the Operating Unit, to query in the Find window of the Bank Return form.

The error is only on the Operating unit, but if you query by the find functionality, without the Operating Unit, you cannot select the FILE CONTROL / BANK / CUSTOMER NUMBER.
The List of Values (LOV) for the Operating Unit has no records.
