Symptoms

When attempting to checkout a requisition the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
Requester is invalid

When two assignments exists in HR.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create requisition in iProcurement
3. Checkout get error in requester field
