On : R12 version, Accounting Issues in AP

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Create Accounting does not mark Event as processed (EVENT_STATUS_CODE=P and PROCESS_STATUS_CODE=P) and each time the request is run a new header is generated.

This occurs when using SLA Custom Source Code in ADR.
