In Oracle Warehouse Management, the Manifest Picking Page Order LOV on MSCA does not show Order Type. Since same Order Number can be present for two different order types user do not know which order to select.
Customer wants to see the order type, along with the order number in Manifest Picking mobile page.
There are cases where they have two orders in the same organization with the same number.
Currently the Manifest picking page is requesting the order number, but they also want to see or pick the order type to differentiate between the two orders.
When searching the orders in desk top, the orders are shown in separate registers (see screen shots) but when we navigate to Manifest Picking in the Mobile App, the mobile App shows just one.
The user get confused as the mobile App shows the tasks of the two orders, and they can´t differentiate which task is from which order.
When using mobile Manifest Picking, they want to see the order and the order type, for example:
Whse Mgmt > Tasks > Directed Tasks > Outbound > Manifest Picking
After getting thru org and equipment, enter order and done.
Querying the order, we can see just one order with number 29. This situation is confusing to the user because they expect to see to orders with number 29 as in the Desk App. In the field Total the app shows that we just select 1 order, when really are two orders
In fact, when we select the order 29 in the mobile app, it shows the three tasks that we saw in the shipping transaction query, but the user can´t differentiate what task is from each order.
In the desk top:
Querying the existing orders with number 29
In the Organization C01 we have two orders with the same number but they have different order type, as we can see in the screenshot
In the shipping transaction form we can see different tasks for each order, one task for the first order with number 29 and two ones for the second order with number 29, in fact we can see that the delivery number is different between each order(49010, 49009), as the Move Order Number(64005, 64003).
Support suggested the customer use the INFO button, but the customer says they have 500 or more sales orders in one day, and do not have the time to select the
info button with every task to confirm the sales order in every one.
