Add Customer for Canada address is not showing the correct fields.
1. There should be no reference to State in Canada Address only Province should be displayed.
2. The Postal code, City, Province and location boxes are not showing as required fields but they should be.
This is being replicated with Custom Code off and no personalizations are done on the form.
