11i Trustee information not available in R12 Bankruptcy Page (Doc ID 1970337.1)

Symptoms

In R12, when trying to view bankruptcy information that was entered in 11i, it is not visible.  Additionally, in R12, the bankruptcy exists, but the details aren't show when navigating to the bankruptcy page.

1. In 11i, the bankruptcy could be seen in the Lifecycle tab. If a trustee was added, the '...' could be used to view the trustee information. It opened the Address Information screen, to see the details of the customer.

2. In R12, that same field exists, but when clicking on it, it opens a blank customer form, and the details of the trustee cannot be viewed.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Lifecycle tab
  2. Try to view bankruptcy data that was entered in 11i.
