Weblogic Becomes Unresponsive When Using Oracle E-Business Suite AppsDataSource Driver With SDP (Doc ID 1970352.1)

Symptoms

After configuring a Datasource using SDP protocol with Oracle E-Business Suite AppsDataSource driver (oracle.apps.fnd.ext.jdbc.datasource.AppsDataSource, fndext.jar), Weblogic becomes unresponsive and stuck threads can be observed. The Datasource however works well using the TCP protocol.

Within the Managed Servers which have the Datasource Targeted to, the following errors are displayed in the Manged Server Logs:
