When attempting to connect sign into the application using an Android Mobile Device, the following error occurs:  Login to server Failed

Diagnostics.zip script which was provided by support and was run against the system for Test: 5
     Service Name: FindProfileAttribute

Diagnostics output showed the following excerpt:

User does not have access to the function Expenses Mobile.
Please create a grant as mentioned in Note: 1625446.1
Compile Menus by running the Compile Security (FNDSCMPI) concurrent program.
