Symptoms
Unable to generate a Blanket Release for a foreign currency Requisition created via iProcurement.
Log file for 'Create Releases' (PORELGEN) process shows:

Requisition 415 Line # 1 total amount does not fall within amount tolerance
+---------------------------------------------------------------------------+
Releases for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a different date rate complete ok.
Similar issue reported in Doc ID 1472768.1
This should be fixed in POXVDCKB.pls 120.64.12010000.86 and higher.
A higher version of this file is already being used but the problem still exists.
