On : 12.1.3 version, Receivables

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

EDI Outbound Issue: CDMO 812 - Tax Exempt Flag Is Missing

After upgrade to R12.1.3 field in CDMO 812: line 6010 pos. 101 ra_customer_trx_lines_all.tax_exempt_flag- here a letter is missing. We normally get 'S' there.
it was working fine in 11i.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

ra_customer_trx_lines_all.tax_exempt_flag either S or E or R should appear in the EDI report based on the value

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Receivables Manager
2. Create a transaction with tax.
3. Execute EDI - CDMO 812
