Error while trying to Synchronize the Account Generation Ruleset

While trying to Synchronize the Account Generation Ruleset, system showing the status as "Install Pending" and shows the status as ERROR in Requests screen of System Administrator Responsibility & log showing the reason for error as "AD_ZD_DISABLED_FEATURE".

Account Generation is set as CLASSIFICATION in configuration workbench-Payment Parameter.
