Symptoms
On Oracle Applications 12.1.3:
Actual Behavior
Some functional modules become very slow after applying Patch 18388305.
Expected Behavior
Those functional modules should operate normally.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Patch 18388305.
2. The issue occurs.
