Notifications to iSupplier Users

On : 12.2.3 version, Approvals - Req, PO

Notifications to Supplier users:

After upgrading to R12 with two users setup for one particular supplier, it is found that Acceptance Required notifications are sent to only one of the users. This is an action type message in which the receiver is expected to respond with a Yes or a No.

Another issue found is that both users received a 'For Your Review' message.  These 'For Your Review' notifications did not occur previously in Release 11i.

What setup in iSupplier governs these notifications?
