12.2.3: No History Shown in Customer Account Site Address (Doc ID 1980149.1)

You are on 12.2.3 and seeing the record History button on Trading Community Architecture (TCA) pages.

When you navigate to the Customer Site Detail page, under the Site Details tab, the Record History sub-window pops up, but the data is blank.
