Last updated on SEPTEMBER 22, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Order Management - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Trx Changes & Cancellations

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Internal Sales Order (ISO) quantity change is not reflected on the Internal Requisition (IR).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Need the quantities on ISO and IR to be always in sync as ASPC only sees IR.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to ASCP workbench, release a planned order sourced from a different branch for any item qty 100
2. Run Requisition Import
3. Run Create Sales Orders
4. Run Import Sales Orders
5. Open the Internal Sales Order
6. Change quantity from 100 to 500
7. Split the line to be:

  1.1 100 EA
  1.2 400 EA

Line 1.2 is not reflected on the internal requisition which still says 100. Consequently, the ASPC plan which looks at the internal requisition, but the ISO still recommends to order additional 400.
