Navigation: Trade Management User > Claims > Claim Summary

Claim stuck at Pending Close status and unable to process to closure.

Checking the Claim Settlement Fetcher Concurrent Request log shows the following error.

Error. "The amount (XXX.YY) to apply on receipt is more than the remaining balance of this transaction."

  Amount Settled : 77.38
  Amount Remaining : 0
  Credit/Debit Amount : -4733.27
  Status : Failed.
  Error : The amount(-77.38)to apply on receipt is more then the remaining balance of this transaction.
