Open Account Balances Data Manager (XLATBDMG) Performance Issue (Doc ID 1981249.1)

Symptoms


While attempting to add accounts to the AP Open Account Balances Listing Definitions
for the Accounts Payable Trial Balance,  the process it kicks off takes forever.:

Open Account Balances Data Manager (XLATBDMG) is running for 2 days and does not finish.
