Creating a Sales Order Using Process Order API Error Price Was Not Found On Price List (XXXX) For This Item (XXXX) And Uom (XX) (Doc ID 1981392.1)

Goal

User did not have a price list selected/defaulted at Header level during Order creation using Process Order API or from Forms UI. Instead, User had a pricing setup in such a way that price list at line level is defaulted as per the Line Qualifiers and/or Pricing Attributes in place.

When User created Sales Order using process Order API, Booking Action on Sales Order is failing as Unit Selling Price was not for the reason Price List for the Item Ordered on line was not found during Pricing Call.
 
But the same Sales Order created by Process Order API, when quantity on line is changed, Price List is defaulting as expected and Unit Selling Price is derived.
