Symptoms
After entering the Supplier's Surrogate Quote in a RFQ receive error : "THERE IS A SITE SPECIFIC PROBLEM WITH YOUT QUOTE. PLEASE RE-SUBMIT YOUR QUOTE".
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create RFQ normally.
2. Buyers are inserting the surrogate quote
3. Click apply and they receive this error.
