Problem Statement

On : Cost Management, 12.1.3 version, Costing Reports Issues
InventoryでInventory Accounting PeriodsをCloseしようとすると
エラーが発生する。
ERROR

Concurrent Logで以下エラーが出力。
Program exited with status 1
Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running Oracle*Report for your concurrent request 714717.
REP-0771: After Form trigger failed.
STEPS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. 職責: Cost Management
2. Cost -> Reports -> Period Close Reconciliation Report
3. 組織と在庫期間に正しいパラメータ値を設定し要求処理を実施。
4. [Period Close Reconciliation Report]の要求実行時にエラー
発生してStatus：[Error]で終了。
