Cannot View Requisition On iProcurement Home Page

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Requisition Management

Users cannot view Requisition on iProcurement home page and error is presented.
Due to this issue, users cannot view requisition status from home page.

Steps To Reproduce
1. Create Requisition and submit for approval.
2. In iProcurement home page, click on Requisition link and receive reported error page.
