Symptoms

Frequently MWA connections get stuck and hang.

New users cannot login.
Users sessions who are already connected hang.
When the problem occurs, all users have the issue.
Issue occurs for handheld devices and telnet connections.

This requires the MWA ports to be bounced frequently.
