'NullPointerException' When Planning Order With Consol Itinerary Having Destination Location Profile

Symptoms
When attempting to plan an order using Build Shipment on Primary Leg Show Consol Options, with a multileg itinerary, where primary leg has consol = Yes and use destination location profile on 1st and 2nd leg of itinerary, the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a multileg itinerary with consol on middle leg
2. Create Charter Voyage
3. Create consol shipment from this schedule
4. Plan the order using option “Build Shipment on Primary Leg-Show Options”
The NullPointerException appears.
