Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Finance & Accounting

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the primary or secondary quantity on an RMA line is changed (increased/decreased), the same does not gets updated on the 'Return Line Lot/Serial Numbers' screen
(Actions --> Return Line Lot/Serial Numbers) or vice versa.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting Return Line Lot/Serial Number window to show the updated quantity

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as order management responsibility
2. open sales order form
update primary or secondary quantity on an RMA line (increased/decreased)
3. actions --> Return Line Lot/Serial Numbers
see the quantity is different than the one in return line.
