ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When processing a new starter, that starts mid period, the hours band that is being reported, is incorrect. Currently the employee has their standard conditions shown as 25 hours per week, but the application is reporting their hours band as Band E.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected that the number of hours band would report as band C for 25 hours per week.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From UK HRMS Manager
2. Perform the required setup for the hours to be reported via a custom function.
3. Create a new employee starting mid month, then process quickpay, prepayments and FPS.
4. Review the output details generated.
