R12:AP/IBY: WHO Columns Not Updated When PPR Is Terminated or Completed

After terminating a Payment Process request (PPR) batch, none of the WHO columns are getting updated to reflect the user & date.

1) Create a new PPR.

2) Run the payment data collector diagnostic to check the the LAST_UPDATED_BY, LAST_UPDATE_DATE, LAST_UPDATE_LOGIN in tables:


3) Terminate the PPR.

4) Run another payment data collector diagnostic and see that the same columns show no change.
